Notice from the Owners

These are our homes. Coyol does not get to keep selling them.

Two privately owned homes at Condominio Mar Azul, Nosara, Guanacaste, were displayed in Coyol Real Estate's marketing as part of its portfolio. Those listings came down after formal demands and abuse reports. On 11 August 2026 the same homes returned to Coyol's "Available Homesites" page, offered for sale under lot numbers and specifications that are not ours. The homes are not for sale, and we are not a success case for Coyol to hold up to the next buyer. Neither owner agreed to any of this.

On 11 August 2026, the two homes below reappeared on Coyol Real Estate's "Available Homesites" page under the names "Coyol XL" and "Modern Barn," with new lot numbers and specifications that are not ours. These are our homes — Lot 20 and Lot 32. They are private residences. They are not for sale.

The home is not for sale. No agreement authorizes Coyol Real Estate to display, name, photograph or offer this property.

Both homes were displayed in the "Sold & Built" section of the Coyol Real Estate websites under names, photographs and specifications the company assigned to them. On 31 July 2026 — twenty-seven days after the first formal demand, and only after abuse reports were filed with the sites' registrar — those listings were removed. On 11 August 2026, the same homes reappeared on the "Available Homesites" page, now presented as available homes for sale — relabeled "Lot 9" and "Lot 23," with specifications that do not correspond to the homes shown.

The facts, from the owners

What is true — stated by the people who own the homes.

What we have asked, and where it stands

Formal demands were made. Deadlines passed. The homes reappeared.

Each owner has sent Coyol Real Estate a formal written demand — first on 4 July 2026, and a final demand thereafter — requiring the removal of every reference to, image of, name assigned to, video footage of, and portfolio display of Lot 20 and Lot 32 from its websites and all other marketing materials, and written confirmation that our properties, their images and their existence will not be used again to market Coyol's business without our express written consent.

The deadlines set in those demands passed with no response. On 31 July 2026 — twenty-seven days after the first notice, and the same day formal abuse reports were filed with the sites' registrar — the "Sold & Built" listings were removed. On 11 August 2026, the homes were returned to the "Available Homesites" page as homes for sale, under altered lot numbers and specifications. The opening video also remains live. No response has been received at any point.

The owners' demands and filings continue, including the regulatory proceeding before the Ministry of Economy, Industry and Commerce (MEIC) concerning the advertising — to which this reappearance is being reported — the abuse reports filed with the sites' registrar, notices to the video and social-media platforms carrying the material, and delivery of the documented record to the competent authorities. The removal and subsequent reappearance do not affect the claims already accrued.
